Although they repeatedly dismissed romance speculations, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart sparked romance rumors again after they were snapped holding hands on November 10.

The “Twilight” pair was spotted as they were getting ready to board a private jet at Le Bourget airport in France to head for London. They were in Paris to do promotional tour for “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon”.

After arriving in London, Robert, Kristen Taylor Lautner and director Chris Weitz headed to their hotel after press conference earlier that day. They are set to hit up Battersea Evolution in London’s Battersea Park for a Q&A session for local fans and press outlets.
