Good News for Pennysylvania Affiliate Marketers

Posted by mike I came across a press release yesterday stating that the state of Pennsylvania has delayed the enforcement of its Affiliate Nexus Tax law until September 1, 2012. I don’t know how this affects my status with merchants that have already terminated their association with me, such as Backcountry.com, but for now this hopefully means that other merchants will hold off on terminating affiliates.
