It’s been a long time since I’ve dropped in at this blog to take a look and say hello… Yet I continue to renew the domain name, so it sits here in its corner of the internet universe and collects dust.
Sometimes it can be hard to let certain blogs and websites go after you have spent so many countless hours working on and building content and traffic. The same thing goes for niche websites. Even though it’s been just about two years since I really worked on a niche website (my last income report was in January), I still make a few dollars each and every month from the sites that remain. I’d say I average about $100 of “leftover” income combined between Adsense and the eBay Partner Network each month.
It’s always nice when the holiday season comes around and you experience the occasional jump in traffic and boost in income… and that’s exactly what happened last month. After making just $67 in EPN income for October, I jumped up to $151 last month. Combine that with $52 from Adsense and $17 from Avantlink – and I broke $200 for the first time in a long time!
That’s still nothing compared to (what I considered) the good old days of making over $1000 a month in passive income… But that was before Google ruined all of my fun.
Either way, free money is free money, so I’m not complaining. It will come in handy for the holidays, especially since I just found out I need a new radiator for my car.
Hopefully, everyone else is doing well in their pursuits of online riches. Happy holidays!
